SUP YOGA
This is a great way to relax, improve your balance & strength and harmonize your body with nature. Our H2yO! certified Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga instructor leads class on Memorial Day through Labor Day and holds numerous workshops throughout the summer. Come out and give it a try!
SUP Yoga classes are about 90 minutes and include:
board
paddle
leash
coast guard approved PFD
paddle to and from a calm destination
anchoring system
a guided yoga class on water
*We welcome people who have their own board. For those of you who would like to join with your own board, feel free to sign up and class will be $30.00 instead of $45.00 for you.
SUP Yoga Class - About 90 minutes. (But yes, we often have so much fun that it's closer to and hour and 45.) $45.00/person

Classes have a tentative location listed in the on-line booking software. This is subject to change based on wind and weather conditions. We will communicate any site changes and/or cancellations via email or phone, if necessary.
